Do you only shoot weddings?
I mainly shoot weddings but I absolutely love lifestyle sessions specifically engagement and family sessions, but anything from couple shoots to vow renewals and even styled shoots I adore shooting. If you are a vendor or small business owner with a cool concept, please reach out and

Are you the only photographer
that will be at my wedding?
Yes! Unless you book the "nothing but the best" package where a second photographer is included or you book a second photographer as an extra service, I will be the only photographer there.
If you decide to have a second photographer at your wedding , I will be sure to let you know beforehand who the photographer will be at your wedding and share their work. I have worked with a few second shooters
in the past and I am fortunate to have a few options to work with.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes definitely! I am always keen to travel for weddings. I am based in
Cape Town and the first 25km in and around the city is included in my rates. After that I charge a traveling fee of R4 per km (AA rates) for local weddings. Destination rates will apply for weddings that requires
regional travel.

How do we book you?
Before we chat processes - congratulations on deciding to get hitched!
To book me for your wedding you can start by filling in my contact
form and tell me more about yourself, your fiancé and more about
your wedding day (please also include your wedding date & venue).
When I receive your contact form I will share my packages and I will
be in touch to set up a session for us to chat and get to know each
other while discussing the package that intrigues you the most.
(or we can just build one that does)
What is your turnaround time?
I usually deliver a wedding gallery, keepsake box and prints within
8-12 weeks after your wedding date. Don't worry!! You don't need
to wait 8 weeks to see your wedding photos, I will send a sneak peek gallery within the first week after your wedding day for you to share
with family, friends and of course to post all over social media!

What do you need from us before?
It is very important that you share as much information as possible about your vision for your wedding day, what is most important to you and a list of family photos. moments that is most essential to capture. I will also need a timeline from you and a list of vendors that will be present
at your wedding.
How can we contact you?
You are more than welcome to give me a call if any questions pop up or if you want to discuss anything that you feel is important. Otherwise we can always set up a zoom call to have a conversation, but if it is urgent I would suggest that you call me.
What if there is anything I am insecure about or don't want you to capture?
It is suuuuuper important that you share any insecurities you might have with me beforehand, this can be anything from awkward relationships to photos that you don't want me to take or pay attention to. At the end of
the day it is your wedding day and you should feel the most comfortable.
Is there anything we can do to ensure that we have the best wedding ever?
Yes! If you don't already know, pinterest is your best friend. Be intentional on your wedding day and create moments that excite you. I love a good old champagne tower moment or even a new take on family photos, where it might not be just your family standing around you to get a picture.
Do you give the RAW images?
No, I don’t. Editing is essential to the image-making process, and without it, the photos are incomplete. I promise not to exclude any photos you’d want, ensuring you won’t miss out on any memories
How can I be sure our photos are
safe and won't get lost?
Myself and my second shooter both shoot with professional and reliable gear, after each wedding I immediately back up all the galleries to external hard drives to keep it safe and secure. Unfortunately, we can never eliminate the possibility of losing photos but we can assure you that
we are doing everything possible to prevent this happening.
What do you wear at the wedding?
I usually dress in all black (yet stylish) to be as unnoticeable as possible. But if you have a certain colour palette or dress code that you would like me to dress according to, I am more than happy to chat before hand to make sure that we are aligned.
Do you use photoshop to
make us look better?
I am committed to use photoshop to remove anything that is causing
a distraction in a photo and to make sure that the photo reflects you in
the most realistic way possible. But, I do not alter bodies or physical appearances.
What style can I expect for my photos?
I try to stay consistent with my style — emotive, organic, and documentary style — so your photos will resemble my other work in that way. However,
I make subtle adjustments as my style evolves experience. Ultimately your photos will be as unique as your wedding, meaning that the venue, weather, color palette and reception lighting all influence the final images.
